Simply, my pathway to your holistic health involves Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Based Talk Therapy, combined with Breathing Coherence and Heart Rate Variability Training.
After each session, you will be provided with a biofeedback chart, which illuminates how your breathing coherence and heart rate changed in our session, so we can review what has you holding your breath and out of rhythm with your heart.
